For Therapy Sessions

If you need to cancel a session, then please give me as much advance notice as you can. Any sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are charged for full fee. 

Incase of repeated cancellations, we will need to discuss if the therapeutic alliance if working for us. If there are two or more consecutive No Shows, without any communication from you, it will be presumed that you have decided to discontinue.  

In exceptional cases, where I need to cancel a session at short notice, I will attempt to contact you as soon as possible by phone. I do not charge for these sessions, and they will not be counted as part of our contracted sessions.

For Group Spaces

When signing up for group spaces, workshops or memberships please be sure there are no refunds.
